Large (app. 10-15 oz.) beefsteak is smooth, uniform and lovely. Slightly tart, yet delightfully sweet, fruity flavor. Highly disease resistant. Very dense and juicy flesh make it a winner for hamburgers and BLTs. Like most orange tomatoes, less acidic. Keeps well. Mid-season (app. 75 days from transplant to maturity.)
