It’s wonderful to be here! It’s certainly a thrill! Deliciously sweet tomato flavor with a slight tang of acidity. Very meaty with dense flesh. Excellent yield of beautiful pink, heart-shaped beefsteak with dark black shoulders. Terrific for salads, cooking, drying and, of course, slicing onto a hamburger, sandwich or BLT.
