Need to Change your Pick-Up?

Changing your pick-up is not a problem. Hit the button below then complete and submit the form.

BUT FIRST . . . . here are the guidelines.

• We can only move your pick-up date within the same weekend or later. We can’t move it earlier!

• Changes need to be made no later than Saturday at Noon one week prior to your original pick-up date.

• You will receive an email after you complete and submit the form. That email will act as your change confirmation. There will not be a separate email confirmation from Chicago Tomato Man. We will contact you only if there is an issue regarding the change.

• You can send someone in your place. They will need to show us your name and order number. No need to notify us in advance.
