The north star in the galaxy of heavenly tomatoes! A dusky maroon beefsteak with a deep, sweet and complex flavor. The plant is hardy and vigorous with a good tolerance for cool temperatures. The fruit is hefty (app. 10-12 oz.) with a delectable soft core and few seeds. Its firm, meaty texture makes it ideal for sandwiches.
